Services Disclaimer
MoldClaim.com advertises free or $0 out-of-pocket mold inspection services as a part of any homeowners insurance claim. Although there is a fee for these services, the term "free" is used to justify free for the homeowner, if there is a valid claim, coverage, and is billable to the insurance carrier. Homeowners will not be required to pay any money out-of-pocket for services performed, as long as there is a valid and covered open claim, or a claim will be opened, and sufficient coverage is determined, therefore allowing MoldClaim.com, Inc. and/or its vendors to process inspection information and invoices for inspection services to your insurance carrier. MoldClaim.com, Inc. and its partners, vendors, and subcontractors reserve the right to deny direct insurance billing services depending on the claim and risk factors. From time to time, depending on the type of claim, and factors related to the claim, we may require a good faith deposit towards inspection and/or testing services in order to minimize losses in the event a claim is denied, or an invoice is uncollectible. Deposits are returned upon receiving payment of invoices in full by your insurance carrier. MoldClaim.com and/or its vendors bill and invoice homeowners insurance carriers directly for services performed, offering the convenience of our streamlined process, communications directly with the insurance carrier, and payment made directly by the insurance carrier.
